 Make proper baggage reconciliation sheet.
 At aircraft follow loading instructions, load/offload baggage and cargo as per loading Performa.
 Loading of Rush tag, transfer tag and priority tag baggage as per EA instructions.
 No loading / offloading without the knowledge of EA.
 Cabin cleaning during turn around as per instructions.
 Lavatory cleaning and toilet flushing after wearing masks and gloves as per cleaning instructions.
 Clean kitchen, counters and galley as per instructions.
 Deep internal cleaning including baggage/cargo holds when advised by EA.
 External cleaning as specified and when ordered by EA.
 Use Flush cart to service aircraft as per instructions.
 Use water cart to replenish tanks with potable water.
 Remove any contamination caused by airsickness, spilled food or drink and stains from seats or carpet.
 Collecting rubbish during turn around cleaning and other cleaning job.
 Carry out vacuum cleaning of carpet in aisle, under seats and cockpit.
 Any observed discrepancy is brought to knowledge of EA.
 Join other Ramp staff in clearing parking stand of FOD.
 When tasked by EA collecting rubbish during turn around cleaning and other cleaning job.
 Any additional duties assigned by AM/EA & SA.

 Maintain Leave record of employees at station.
 Prepare/submit UPL data to DAO office.
 Maintenance of personal files of staff and keep them in safe custody.

 Keep the record of stationary items used in airside offices.

 Report to Airside Executive in proper uniform with high visibility jacket displaying valid passes for marking attendance.
 Check his duty/GHE allocation and take position at duty area on time.
 Manually tow/push non powered GHE with aircraft on instructions from AMA/AE.
 Be careful of speed and his vehicle limits while driving on apron.
 Ensure no body rides with him on vehicle if no seat is available.
 Check fitness of allocated GHE and carryout daily inspection before use.
 Proper cleaning and washing of vehicle.
 Ensure on time delivery of cargo/baggage to save ground time.
 Not to use vehicle for any purpose without instructions of AMA/AE.
 Never park his vehicle with aircraft or ramp area without marshaling and put required chocks as soon as it is parked.
 That he attends to his GHE as long as it is attached to the aircraft.
 In no case keys are to be left inside vehicle.
 All discrepancies in GHE must be reported to shift AMA/AE/AE(TGS) immediately and defect written on GHE log book.
 Any additional duties assigned by AMA/AE.

The Director Commercial is responsible for formulating and implementing Airblue Limited's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and maintaining market competitiveness while ensuring full compliance with National Aviation Policy. 5.Sufficient stationary is available this include tags, stickers, bags tags & boarding pass for counter.
6.Should check the booked load, Frequent flyer members should be allocated seats in zone A rows are given priority in baggage.
7.Staff needs to be present at their duty points mentioned in duty allocation. Counter should be ready 10 minutes prior to check-in.
8.Any irrelevant material or garbage around the check-in counters should be cleared up before guest reporting.
9.Ensure that the guests are properly welcomed.
10.Read the ticket and check the date, flight number before check in.
11.Check the photo lD of the guest on domestic flights and proper travel documents on international flights.
12.Ensure that their tickets are processed and baggage handled in an efficient and flawless manner.
13.On International Flights make sure that Guest API Data is processed. If the data is not processed immediately concered to AM-TCS and duty E-TCS .
14.Ensure correct wrapping and tagging on the baggage of guests to avoid any kind of wrong forwarding of baggage other than destination. All previously fixed destination tags have to be removed.
15.Generate boarding pass and baggage tags and handing them over to guest with a little brief of gate No, Time of boarding and departure.
16.Encourage and promote the web check-in among guests.
17.If the flight is delay, make sure to provide correct information of departure while handing over a boarding card to guest.
18.Encourage the guest to purchase seat those required choice of his/her seat.
19.Ensure that the wheel chair guest, child, pregnant lady, lady with an infant, injured, sick, and disable person is not allotted a seat at any of the emergency exit rows. (Always informed Duty AM-TCS and E-TCS)
20.Update the AM-TCS/E-TCS for any change of book load for revision of meal load during the flight Check in.
21.Identify the guest problem, deal and inform the ETCS or STCS regarding, excess baggage, guest complain, misbehavior and acceptance.
22.Ensure last piece of baggage forwarded on time to the segregation and informed to ETCS/STCS.
23.Make reasonable efforts to maintain smooth check in process and clearance of guest in time resulting in closing of counter well time.
24.Report at the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to the boarding time.
25.Make a boarding announcement loud and clear with zone wise. (in English & Urdu)

Coordinator Training will report to Manager Training on all official matters.
To maintain the training records and keep their Training Folders updated according to the requirements and directives of CAA, Pakistan and any other instructions by Chief Pilot Training and Manager Training.
To monitor and arrange all ground training / courses.
Booking of various course slots with outside agencies in case courses are not conducted at Airblue Training Center.
To arrange Hotel accommodation for out station employees, visiting Airblue Training Center for training.
Keep a track of the validity/expiry of all courses / Training.
Keep Manager Training informed about the above all the times.
Liaise with cockpit crew regarding training matters.
Prepare and arrange class rooms as per the requirement of training Instructor / manager training.
Procure required training material and stationery as per the requirement.
Issuance of Training material / equipment to instructor / students as per requirement.
Ensure the serviceability of all equipment in the training center and timely inform manager training regarding any discrepancy.
Preparation of correspondence with CAA, other agencies and departments.
