Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of personnel in his shift. Raising of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR) if any, to AMA before cease work. Feedback to Manager/Assistant Manager Airside on FSR, Hazard Reports etc. Prepare and complete Airside Activity Form. Load cleaning pre and post cleaning pictures on PA Net. Any additional duties assigned by AMA/MAS. |

Description: |
Necessary ground equipment including chocks and safety cones to handle the flight of the aircraft shall be positioned outside aircraft clearance lines at the designated bay. Personnel attending flight should be wearing high visibility jackets, loading gloves where applicable and shall observe all safety precautions. Receiving cargo manifest and related documents from GSA. Inspect cargo for proper packing as per instructions and deny loading to leaking/improperly packed cargo. Take pictures where required. Signing of GSA representative on manifest after cargo loading. Monitoring the loading/offloading of the aircraft. Security staff carries out body search of all associates before and after the loading/offloading of baggage into cargo holds. Carry out FOD drill of assigned parking bay along with complete Airside team. Loading supervisor will obtain the loading instructions report (LIR) from load controller at FOCC. Loading supervisor will coordinate with load controller at FOCC regarding any clarification in LIR. Loading supervisor will ensure the safe and up to standard loading keeping in view the safety limits (black safety line) in cargo/baggage holds. All baggage is loaded in safe/sound condition. Any damaged without LR tag must be noted and informed to terminal staff and destination Airside. Crew, priority and intercepted hand carry baggage to be loaded on the door side or as per LIR. Also to ensure all intercepted carry baggage have LR tags. Coordination with segregation staff for any damaged baggage received from check-in counter. Ensuring that all loads are in the correct position according to the LIR. Ensure locking/latching and Netting in cargo holds and where required on cargo/baggage is done. Completing the aircraft loading checklist and the departure report on the LIR after loading is complete. Checking each hold, even those that the LIR indicates are empty. Ensure no damage has been caused to the aircraft and cargo holds after unloading. No FOD is left inside the cargo holds. Supervise movement and attachment of GSE with aircraft. Perform walk around of aircraft before departure to check no damage caused to aircraft. Assist Executive Airside in any assigned task. |

Description: |
Executive Logistics placed at multiple stations are responsible for: 1. Time management, team supervision & monitoring flight catering and cabin setup. 2. Ensure all flights departs on time having proper supplies of cabin settings, galley equipment and catering boar. 3. Coordination with respective kitchens in terms of any operational issues and for meals provision. 4. Flight Management (Cabin setting items) and Perform all logistics and inflight catering tasks. 5. Forecasting of Inventory to avoid discrepancies and Keeping track of Dry store & beverages lists. 6. Proper management of inventory/Logistics store/ Equipment/Tagging/ shelf management/ stacking. 7. To prepare inventory sheet on daily basis & prepare dispatches in accordance to required criteria. 8. Conduct proper & real-time basis management of inventory on SMART and maintaining record of PO's. 9. Checking and verifying catering delivery notes (CDN's) of national and international kitchens. 10.To maintain minimum stock level according to the requirement. 11.Visiting Flight Kitchen to check store inventory, equipment and retrievals. 12.Coordination with Finance department in terms of kitchen and vendor billings. 13.Coordination with warehouse & vendors in terms of shipment deliveries and supplies. 14.Flight Checks (Checking flight departures and arrivals) for meals uplift and retrievals. 15.Timely delivery of shipment to Logistic & Kitchen. 16.Monthly rostering of shifts and daily day briefing team. 17.Handling complaints & issues related to flight cabin setup. 18.On ground flight check for cabin and catering items. 19.Any other tasks assigned by line Manager. |

Description: |
1.Report on time and should be in proper uniform. 2.Ensure effective and smooth functioning of operations. 3.Maintain close liaison and excellent working relationship with all airport agencies. 4.Maintain close coordination with AM-TCS/E-TCS for station related issues. 5.Ensure all staff is properly dressed up as per grooming manual and reported on time for duty. 6.Ensure duty allocation is properly made by E-TCS / AM-TCS and signed by MAO, next day. 7.Ensure all flights are closed on time in PA-NET. 8.Ensure delay codes and comments properly mentioned in PA-NET. 9.Prepare duty roster of terminal staff on monthly basis and should be changed after 3 months. 10.Ensure all CAA letters and complaints are addressed on time. 11.Ensure the approval of flight schedule and parking slots with the consultation of CAA. 12.Ensure pre/post flight briefings are conducted on daily basis. 13.Ensure high standard of services will be given to guests. 14.Ensure all possible efforts are made by the team for on time departures. 15.Ensure correct entries in the logbook of any action to be taken by the outgoing shift. 16.Ensure staff attendance and leave record maintained properly. 17.Ensure the incoming/outgoing flight with all relevant papers are properly uploaded in acloud. 18.Keep a record and action taken on all meet and assist special request and passenger complains. 19.Ensure to approved the staff leaves as per policy. Maintain leave record of all terminal staff. 20.Manager to ensure initial and recurrent training for staff carried out as per PCAA regulation. 21.Update, DTO and Asst. Manager Training for staff training on fortnightly basis. 22.Responsible for PCAA inspections held on stations. 23.Maintain office decorum as per company policy. 24.Ensure Timely preparation of Airport Entry Passes of all Departments. 25.Airport Entry Pass request from Head Office or any other department seeks approval from DTO. 26.Ensure all airblue updated manuals are available in Station Library. 27.Ensure Safety and HRM report is raised if required & response the FSR / DBRs timely. 28.Handling and ensure Petty Cash closure. 29.Ensure check-in counter availability as per policy and requirement. 30.Flight delay or any discrepancies reported to DTO. 31.Important CAA notices should be sent / brief to DTO. 32.Ensure CAA contract will be renew on time. 33.Any other duty/assignment ordered by DTO.

1.Report timely with proper uniform, according to grooming manual and mark the attendance. 2.Check the log book/emails for any messages related to seat allocations or any special instructions given by MAO/AMTCS/ETCS. 3.Attend the pre- flight briefing and revised the policies mentioned in PHM . 4.Ensure while handing over /takeover all lT equipment should be in working condition, Baggage/ Boarding card should be properly stocked with the rolls. 5.Sufficient stationary is available this include tags, stickers, bags tags & boarding pass for counter. 6.Should check the booked load, Frequent flyer members should be allocated seats in zone A rows are given priority in baggage. 7.Staff needs to be present at their duty points mentioned in duty allocation. Counter should be ready 10 minutes prior to check-in. 8.Any irrelevant material or garbage around the check-in counters should be cleared up before guest reporting. 9.Ensure that the guests are properly welcomed. 10.Read the ticket and check the date, flight number before check in. 11.Check the photo lD of the guest on domestic flights and proper travel documents on international flights. 12.Ensure that their tickets are processed and baggage handled in an efficient and flawless manner. 13.On International Flights make sure that Guest API Data is processed. If the data is not processed immediately concered to AM-TCS and duty E-TCS . 14.Ensure correct wrapping and tagging on the baggage of guests to avoid any kind of wrong forwarding of baggage other than destination. All previously fixed destination tags have to be removed. 15.Generate boarding pass and baggage tags and handing them over to guest with a little brief of gate No, Time of boarding and departure. 16.Encourage and promote the web check-in among guests. 17.If the flight is delay, make sure to provide correct information of departure while handing over a boarding card to guest. 18.Encourage the guest to purchase seat those required choice of his/her seat. 19.Ensure that the wheel chair guest, child, pregnant lady, lady with an infant, injured, sick, and disable person is not allotted a seat at any of the emergency exit rows. (Always informed Duty AM-TCS and E-TCS) 20.Update the AM-TCS/E-TCS for any change of book load for revision of meal load during the flight Check in. 21.Identify the guest problem, deal and inform the ETCS or STCS regarding, excess baggage, guest complain, misbehavior and acceptance. 22.Ensure last piece of baggage forwarded on time to the segregation and informed to ETCS/STCS. 23.Make reasonable efforts to maintain smooth check in process and clearance of guest in time resulting in closing of counter well time. 24.Report at the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to the boarding time. 25.Make a boarding announcement loud and clear with zone wise. Pre Flight 1.Ensure punctuality and proper uniform compliance for yourself and your team 2.Verify that all staff adhere to grooming standards and report on time for duty. 3.Monitor the Airport Community App for the station and promptly share any delays or updates with FOCC and HOD. 4.Oversee smooth and efficient airport operations. 5.Ensure timely opening of the check-in counters as per ETD. 6.Keep HOD updated on flight-related matters via calls and through station coordination WhatsApp groups. 7.Maintain strong coordination and professional relationships with all airport agencies. 8.Ensure close communication/coordination with transit airports for seamless flight departures & arrival. 9.Conduct station spot checks and submit reports to the HOD, highlighted with key findings. 10.Closely Coordinate with FOCC and HOD during arrival and departure of the flight 11.Notify HOD and manager for any visa or API-related updates. 12.Ensure duty allocations are accurately prepared and signed. 13.Confirm timely closure of flights on PA-NET. 14.Uphold high standards of guest service delivery 15.Ensure smooth handling of guest as per airport rules & regulation in case of delays or cancellation of the flights. 16.Strive to achieve on-time departures through effective team coordination. 17.In case of delay close coordination with airport agencies, call centre for the update of new ETD. 18.Secure flight schedule and parking slot approvals in consultation with relevant authorities. 19.Ensure conducts daily pre- and post-flight briefings with GHA/airblue staff.
